Cort Marshall is backstage, smiling proudly in his red, white and blue singlet. He adjusts his glasses and looks towards the camera.
Cort: CONSEQUENCE! Con-se-quen-ces! What are the CONSEQUENCES on the line tonight? Titles. Legacies. Careers, if Wrex does what he does in that Last Man Standing match!
Cort: OCW is a world of consequences. Every week, every action... every chance you take and every opportunity you miss matters. And we--I--have been missing a lot lately. But not tonight. The consequence of tonight is that I’m gonna tear my way through this triple threat and plant Hollywood USA’s flag in tag-team history as the first team to hold the titles after CQC!
Cort: I’ve felt that gold before they did, and I’ll feel it after! There might be bigger consequences for other people in the ring tonight, but let me tell you this--none of ‘em matter more to me than coming out of that ring with the golden ticket to the finals clutched in these here hands, HOO-AH!
